How Do I Raise A Support Ticket

Our labelling experts are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and we aim to get back to you within the hour.
Any helpful details are welcome, for example an order number, your software license code or maintenance contract number depending on the nature of your query. But don’t worry if this is not to hand, we will be able to find any of the missing details.
One of the many benefits of working with us is that we always strive to keep our customers up and running and we understand how critical your labelling solution can be. So if your printer has gone down and is taking time to repair, we may be able to supply a loan printer in order to minimise any downtime.
Ad-hoc repairs are always available and we can arrange maintenance and support agreements at any time – although of course if your printer has already gone down then it must be repaired before we add ongoing cover.
